The SymphoNYChorus, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization*, utilizes a lot of equipment for productions. From drum kits and microphones to risers and music stands there is a lot that goes into making each show enjoyable for both our audience and performers.
We currently borrow all equipment but are working towards having our own. The SymphoNYChorus is made up completely of volunteers; this includes our director, our choir members, and our orchestra. We rely completely on the generosity of those who attend our concerts & our friends to help us continue to do what we love.

While we have been very fortunate to purchase some wonderful new equipment because of your donations, we still have a few needs that can be met. As a completely volunteer based group, we continue to depend on the generosity of our supporters in order to keep sharing our music!
Our biggest needs are currently for new sound equipment - sound board, microphones, speakers, cables, etc. - $7100
We are also hoping to purchase a truck to carry all of our equipment in, so we no longer have to pay truck rental fees for every concert.
